I wanted to lock the ancient harbour with 226 empty water bottles, same umber like the mediavel chain. Today the harbour city is nearly dead. The „New York“ of France has to find a new orientation.

Because of the weather I had to give up crossing the harbour while swimming to fix the bottlle chain. So this part remained a project.
