At the „Bernauerstraße“ border during the DDR regime human tragedies accured. I mark the former border line with fluorescent green tape. On both sides I put ordinary household objects found in recycling areas of both former East and West. I connect them by green thread stretched across the border line. This former „dead zone“ is now a frequented subway station.
